    Pat's Mushroom Saute

    "My son-in-law makes the best sauteed mushrooms; and now, so do I! Eat them hot out of the pan; they don't reheat well." Original recipe yield: 4 servings.

    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 pound button mushrooms, sliced

    Recipe

    1. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and mushrooms. Saute for 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
