    24 HOUR COLESLAW w VINEGAR & OIL

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large head cabbage, shredded into long strands
    • 1 large onion, sliced thin
    • 3/4 sugar
    • 1 cup white vinegar
    • 1 cup cooking oil
    • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    • 1 teaspoon celery seed
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Place cabbage in bowl.
    2. Arrange onion over top of cabbage.
    3. Sprinlke with sugar.
    4. Boil remaining ingredients together for 2 - 3 minutes.
    5. Pour over vegetables.
    6. Refrigerate at least 24 hours, tossing once or twice.
