Marshmallow Fruit Dip

2 8 oz. pkgs. of cream cheese(softened)
1 13oz. jar marshmallow creme
2 tsp. Grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. Orange juice
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
Recipe
Mix ingredients and use as dip for cut fruit. This one is great with bananas and pineapple!
As a variation, I have used maraschino cherry juice to replace the OJ and left out the orange peel (sometimes replace it with minced maraschino cherries). When I do this, I don't use the ginger.
