Recipe Introduction
I got this recipe from a friend in Winterhausen, Germany. It always turns out yummy and is a great side dish for our Jaegerschnitzel.
List of Ingredients
1/3 C. water
1/2 t. salt
1 C. flour
1 egg
Recipe
Mix, put through a colander, spaetzle maker or funnel. Drip
over boiling salted water. Boil till soft [just a couple of mins.]. Butter them and use as a side dish or use them in soup or stew. Also great if buttered and browned a bit in a fry pan, before serving.
