    List of Ingredients


    • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz. each)
    • 1 pound imitation crabmeat
    • 4 green onions
    • 1 package wonton wrappers


    Instructions


    1. Preheat deep fryer to 375° Mix cream cheese, crabmeat, and sliced green onions. Drop 1 tblsp. of mixture in the center of each won ton wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half to make a triangle. Seal the wrapper around the mixture by wetting your finger with cold water and pressing the ends together. When deep fryer is heated, drop into hot oil. Once they come back to the top, flip over and cook until lightly browned. Place on paper towel to drain.
