Vegetable Bars

List of Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 3/4 cup broccoli, chopped
- 3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 3/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Cover bottom of 11 x 17 pan with crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes, let cool. Mix salad dressing, cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing mix. Spread over crust. Combine vegetables and spread over dressing. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and press vegetables into dressing. Chill covered 3-4 hours or overnight. Cut into small bars.
Final Comments
You can use any fresh vegetable you want. Also black or green olives
