Cinnamon Rolls

- 2½ cups lukewarm water
- 2 packages quick rise yeast
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5½ cups flour
- soft margarine
- sugar and cinnamon
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in water 3 minutes. Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs, oil and salt. Beat until bubbles appear. Add about 3¼ cups flour slowly. Add more flour if sticky, stir with spoon, making a soft dough. Knead on floured board 5 minutes. Roll out and make cinnamon rolls. Bake at 350° 20-35 minutes. Frost.
