    • 2½ cups lukewarm water
    • 2 packages quick rise yeast
    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1 cup flour
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/3 cup oil
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 5½ cups flour
    • soft margarine
    • sugar and cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve yeast in water 3 minutes. Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs, oil and salt. Beat until bubbles appear. Add about 3¼ cups flour slowly. Add more flour if sticky, stir with spoon, making a soft dough. Knead on floured board 5 minutes. Roll out and make cinnamon rolls. Bake at 350° 20-35 minutes. Frost.
