    This recipe has never failed for me. Just be sure to use a glass bowl, and not a stainless steel. It retains the heat too long.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1/2 cup water
    • pinch salt
    • 2 cups marshmallow cream
    • 1 cup pecans, or walnuts, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Combine sugar and water, bring to a boil, let boil just 2 minutes. Place marshmallow cream in large glass bowl, pour hot syrup all at once. Stir until it loses its gloss. Add nuts, drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
