    Cranberry Cheesecake Bars

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups plus 2 tblsp. flour, divided
    • 1 cup quick cooking oats
    • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
    • 1 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
    • 1 14 oz. can fat free sweetened condensed milk
    • 4 egg whites
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 can 16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
    • 2 tblsp. cornstarch


    Instructions


    1. Combine 2 cups flour, oats, brown sugar and butter, mix until crumbly. Press 2 1/2 cups into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 10 minutes. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth, add milk, egg whites, vanilla and remaining flour, mix well. Spoon over crust. In bowl, combine cranberry sauce, and cornstarch, mix well. spoon over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 mintes or until almost set. Cool on wire rack before cutting. Makes 3 dozen
