    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. round steak, cut into bite size pieces
    • 2 tblsp. shortening
    • 1 tblsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    • flour
    • 2 cups water


    Instructions


    1. Brown meat in shortening. Place in casserole dish. Brown enough flour in drippings with water to make thin gravy. Add Kitchen Bouquet. Pour over steak. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes
