Round Steak and Gravy

- 2 lb. round steak, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tblsp. shortening
- 1 tblsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- flour
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Brown meat in shortening. Place in casserole dish. Brown enough flour in drippings with water to make thin gravy. Add Kitchen Bouquet. Pour over steak. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes
