- 1 can (10oz.) enchilada sauce
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Brown beef and onions, drain. Add enchilada sauce, chilies, soups and taco seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes. Spray pan, layer bottom with 1/3 tortillas, spread 1/3 meat mixture, and 1/3 cheese. repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes.
