List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup onion , chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 jar (32oz.) chunky garden style spaghetti sauce
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can great northern beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1-2 cups macaroni, cooked
Instructions
- Cook ground beef, onion and garlic, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, broth, water, celery, carrots, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes. Stir in rotel, beans, and cooked macaroni. Simmer 10-20 minutes.
