    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 cup onion , chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • 1 jar (32oz.) chunky garden style spaghetti sauce
    • 1 can beef broth
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 cup celery, chopped
    • 1 tsp. sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 1 can rotel tomatoes
    • 1 can great northern beans
    • 1 can kidney beans
    • 1 carrot, chopped
    • 1-2 cups macaroni, cooked


    Instructions


    1. Cook ground beef, onion and garlic, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, broth, water, celery, carrots, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes. Stir in rotel, beans, and cooked macaroni. Simmer 10-20 minutes.
