    Santa Fe Chicken Soup---Slow Cooker

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • 1 can corn, undrained
    • 1 can pinto beans, undrained
    • 2 cans rotel tomatoes, undrained
    • 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    • 1/4 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Place chicken and onions in slow cooker, add corn, beans, tomatoes, cubed cheese and milk. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours, or until cheese is melted. Try not to let soup boil.
