Santa Fe Chicken Soup---Slow Cooker

- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can corn, undrained
- 1 can pinto beans, undrained
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Place chicken and onions in slow cooker, add corn, beans, tomatoes, cubed cheese and milk. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours, or until cheese is melted. Try not to let soup boil.
