White Bean and Smoked Sausage Soup

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, choped
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 2 cans ( 14oz.) white beans, drained
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tblsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In large saucepan, boil the potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery in the chicken broth until tender. Add beans, sausage and seasonings. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring soup to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 45 minutes.
