List of Ingredients



• 2 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• 1 4 oz. chopped green chilies
  
• 1 4 oz. chopped black olives
  
• 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  
• 3 green onions, sliced
  
• 2 tblsp. salsa
  
• 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  
• 2 packages flour tortillas
  
• salsa, optional
  






Instructions



1. In bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Beat with mixer until creamy. Stir in spinach. Spread mixture evenly over surface of each tortilla. Roll up tortillas tightly and cut each tortilla crosswise into 6 slices. Skewer each slice with toothpick. Serve or chill. Serve with salsa for dipping. 12-15 servings
