    The Lady's Cheese Mac

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained (2 cups uncooked)
    • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    • 4 tblsp. margarine, cut into pieces
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • 1 cup whole or evaporated milk
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • ½ tsp. salt
    • additional cheese for topping


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350°. After draining macaroni, place into a large bowl, add cheddar cheese and butter. In seperate bowl combine remaining ingredients, add to macaroni. Pour into greased casserole, bake 30-35 minutes. Top with additional cheese and return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 6-8
