The Lady's Cheese Mac

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained (2 cups uncooked)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 4 tblsp. margarine, cut into pieces
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup whole or evaporated milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp. salt
- additional cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. After draining macaroni, place into a large bowl, add cheddar cheese and butter. In seperate bowl combine remaining ingredients, add to macaroni. Pour into greased casserole, bake 30-35 minutes. Top with additional cheese and return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 6-8
