This is THE cake I'm known for. It's to die for !
List of Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (15 oz)
- 1 can cream of coconut (15 oz)
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained (save juice)
- 2/3 cup flaked coconut toasted
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Instructions
- Bake cake according to directions.While hot from the oven poke holes all over cake with a wooden spoon and pour the cream of coconut and the sweetened condensed milk over the cake.
- Let cool.
- Mix the drained pineapple into the Cool Whip and spread over the cake. Top with the toasted coconut.
- Refrigerate.
Final Comments
Sometimes, I use the pineapple juice in the cake and I have also added a can of Mandarin oranges to the cake mix.Pecans on top with the coconut is also very good.
