    Recipe Introduction


    This is THE cake I'm known for. It's to die for !


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box white cake mix
    • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (15 oz)
    • 1 can cream of coconut (15 oz)
    • 1 can crushed pineapple drained (save juice)
    • 2/3 cup flaked coconut toasted
    • 8 oz. Cool Whip


    Instructions


    1. Bake cake according to directions.While hot from the oven poke holes all over cake with a wooden spoon and pour the cream of coconut and the sweetened condensed milk over the cake.
    2. Let cool.
    3. Mix the drained pineapple into the Cool Whip and spread over the cake. Top with the toasted coconut.
    4. Refrigerate.


    Final Comments


    Sometimes, I use the pineapple juice in the cake and I have also added a can of Mandarin oranges to the cake mix.Pecans on top with the coconut is also very good.
