Recipe Introduction
This is my fave fish. I am a fishivore but this is by far the supreme fish of all fish.Relatively inexpensive and can be paired with anything. I have had it deep fried even before. A nice mild tasting white fleshed fish. I pan fry/sear this with a 10 inch cast iron skillet. so thats the only tool needed and a spatula to turn it.
List of Ingredients
Individually frozen tilapia filets
Emeril's Essence Seasoning
Pam*butter flavored or olive oil*Recipe
Prep the cast iron pan. spray with pam. meanwhile coat each side of the fish in emeril's essence seasoning. Place fish in pan . cook til flaky.
this is delicious but spicy only for those who can handle it.
