I made these with my flavorwave deluxe. we got a family memeber who has celiacs and can not have gluten wheat.
List of Ingredients
Ingredients:
sour Cream
ButterMilk
Bag of BBQ Potato Chips
14 Chicken Tenders
5 eggs
2 tbs of milk
pepper
Recipe
Marinade:
put all of the chicken tenders into a bowl . cover them with buttermilk and sour cream. let sit for bout 1 hr to 1 1/2.
Dredge:
prepare chips crush them into tiny crumbs
place into container,or on plate whatever you use to bread stuff with. add some pepper.
In separate bowl or container. add 5 eggs 2 tbs of milk. beat til blended .
now bread the stuff... first in egg wash then in chips til coated.
Cooking Instructions:
place fingers into flavorwave oven. cook on each side @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes.on each side.
repeat with second batch. can fit 7 fingers in at a time.
Serve with fave dipping sauces . honey mustard. etc etc..
