This is my fave poultry on earth. I just love it always have always will. Tools needed. flavorwave deluxe oven. fork to prick the duck all over helps alotta the fat drain out.
List of Ingredients
1 5-6 lb duck cleaned ,giblets removed
Chinese Five SpiceRecipe
1. Prepare duck.. clean/rinse, prick with fork all over skin. helps
fat drain better makes it less greasy .pat dry... sprinkle all over
with chinese five spice.
2. place duck on 1 inch rack in flavorwave deluxe.
3. set time for 60 minutes for the first side of the duck @ 400
degrees.
4. flip duck over repeat time and temp..
5. check with meat thermometer should read 180 when done
Should have a nice crispy skin if you like it that way..
