Sorry, I meant slicing potatoes the whole way not french potato way which is difficult to do....would Sonic Blade do a good job? Thanks...Helen Hightower

Do you have the "SONIC BLADE" I have problems with my left hand from surgeries and can't cut anything like sliced potatoes....would like to buy this? To make my life easier....or what do I buy?
