2 heads of bok choy
4 cloves of garlic (pressed)
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs butter
Recipe
Saute garlic and bok choy stalks in olive oil & butter.
When they are tender add the leaves of the bok choy and cook until wilted.
Salt and pepper to taste.
