Sauté Beans & Garlic
½ lbs tender stringless
4 cloves garlic
1 shallot
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Recipe
Take the ends off the beans
add enough olive oil to coat beans (aprox. 2 TBS)
add 2 tbs of balsamic vinegar and crushed garlic let marinate 15 mins.
Sauté shallot in a small amount of olive oil in a pan at med high heat
Add marinated beans reduce to med heat and cover
Cook until beans have turned bright green and are crisp but not raw.
Remove from pan immediately salt and pepper to taste
