    List of Ingredients


    • 2 eggs, well beaten
    • 1 can (15oz) sweetened condensed milk
    • 1/3 bottle rum flavoring or 5 jiggers rum
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 quart milk
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • nutmeg to taste


    Instructions


    1. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add sweetened condensed milk and cream, beat on high until well mixed. Add salt, milk, nutmeg and rum (if desired), mix at low speed.
    2. Pour into 1/2 gallon container and chill.
    3. Serve cold, if desired top with additional nutmeg.
