    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons melted butter
    • 4 eggs
    • 2/3 cup flour
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 2/3 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Put 1 tablespoon butter in each of 2 9-inch round cake pans and spread to cover bottoms.
    3. Beat eggs slightly, add remaining ingredients, beat until smooth. Pour batter into pans.
    4. Bake 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10 minutes more. Loosen pancakes with spatula and slide onto plates.
    5. Drizzle with butter and powdered sugar. Top with jam or lemon juice.
    6. Makes 2 large pancakes.

    *We always use lemon juice, these are great.
