Corn & Black Bean Salsa

List of Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 2 or 3 roma tomatoes, diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- chopped cilantro, to taste (about 1/2 - 3/4 cup)
- 1 small can diced green chiles
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- hint of cayenne pepper
- garlic salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
Instructions
- Mix together everything but the avocado. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add avocado and gently mix in.
- Serve with chips or as a relish with eggs, etc.
