CAKE:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

FILLING:
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans



Recipe



Combine the filling ingredients well and set aside.

Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Combine cake ingredients in bowl and mix with hand mixer at low speed until moistened. Beat at cake or medium speed for 7 minutes.

Pour 1/2 of batter into pan. Cover with 1/2 of filling mixture. Pour in the other 1/2 of batter and cover with remaining filling mixture.

Bake at 350F degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, then turn onto plate.

When cake is completely cooled, sift powdered sugar over the top of the cake.
