    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels
    1 stick oleo
    1/3 c. cup condensed milk
    ¾ c. chocolate chips
    ¾ c. chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Follow the directions on the cake mix, baking only half of the mixture in 9 x13 inch pan for 20 minutes at 350. Mix together caramels, oleo, and condensed milk in sauce pan or microwave. Melt and pour over baked cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture. Spread remaining cake mix over all and bake for 30 minutes. It freezes well.
