Sour Cream Noodle Bake

1 8oz package of medium noodles
1 pound of ground beef
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 8oz. can of tomato sauce
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of dairy sour cream
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
Cook the noodles according to package directions, rinse and drain. Brown the beef in butter, add salt, garlic salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles. Spread one half of noodle mixture in a 1 quart casserole, top with cheese. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 - 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned.
