2 c. milk
3 eggs
3 T. sugar
Salt
Nutmeg
Recipe
Scald milk. Beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt. Pour milk over mixture and pour into custard cups. Grate nutmeg over top set in pan a hot water to top of cups. Bake 1 hour an 10 minutes at 350 do not preheat the oven.
