1 lb. hamburger
½ lb. wieners, ground
1 c. crushed crackers
1 egg, beaten
1 T. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Glaze:
½ c. brown sugar
1 T. vinegar
½ c. water
½ tsp. ground mustard
Recipe
Mix glaze and add ¾ of it to the meat mixture.
Mix well and put into loaf pans. Bake at 350
degrees for 1 hour. Put remaining glaze over
the top 20 minutes before meat is done
