Fruit Salad

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (20 oz.) can peaches, drained and chopped
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. grapes, halved (1 c. red, 1 c. white)
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 lg. unpeeled apples, chopped
1 c. pecans
Recipe
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Pour juice into a small saucepan; add sugar and flour. Bring to a boil. Quickly stir in egg; cook until thickened. Remove from heat; cool. Refrigerate. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, oranges, peaches, grapes, apples and pecans. Pour over dressing and blend well. Chill for 1 hour.
