    2 lbs. hamburger
    1 medium onion
    green pepper (optional)
    1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    dash of red pepper
    salt to taste
    4 oz. can of mushrooms
    1 pt. ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 can tomato sauce
    grated cheese

    Brown hamburger and onion add the rest of the ingredients. When all is done tip pan and spoon out grease.
