    Pumpkin Pies

    • 4 egss, slightly beaten
    • 1 (29 oz). can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. ground ginger
    • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    • 2 (12-13 oz) cans evaporated milk
    • 2 9-inch pie crusts, placed in 9-inch pie plates


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

    2. Combine filling ingredients in order given; divide evenly into pie shells.

    3. Bake for 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350 F and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of each pie comes out clean. Cool before serving
