List of Ingredients
- 4 egss, slightly beaten
- 1 (29 oz). can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 (12-13 oz) cans evaporated milk
- 2 9-inch pie crusts, placed in 9-inch pie plates
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Combine filling ingredients in order given; divide evenly into pie shells.
- Bake for 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350 F and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of each pie comes out clean. Cool before serving
