Mom used to make these for us in different colors of Jell-o





List of Ingredients



• 9 oz. Jell-o
  
• 3 envelopes Knox gelatin
  
• 2 1/2 cups boiling water
  
• 1 cup heavy cream
  






Instructions



1. Mix Jell-o and Knox powders. Stir in water and completely dissolve.
   
2. Pour in cream.
   
3. Put in a 9x9 pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
   






Final Comments


These separate into 2 layers. The cream floats to the top and the bottom is clear. Very yummy!
