    Easy Beef Enchiladas

    Recipe Introduction

    These live up to their name, EASY!

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 (19 oz.) or 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
    • 12 small flour tortillas


    1. Heat oven to 400F.
    2. Brown ground beef over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain.
    3. Stir in 3/4 cup enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese.
    4. Spoon filling onto tortillas; roll up and place seam side down in lightly greased 9x13 dish.
    5. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    6. Bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes.
