Toni used this in the weight loss competition and served it with the Chicken Enchiladas also in my list of recipes.
List of Ingredients
1 can pinto beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped onion, for garnishRecipe
Heat pinto beans in microwave for 3 minutes or until heated through. Mash beans with potato masher. Top with cheese, microwave 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Top with chopped onion.
