List of Ingredients



• 1 3 to 4 lb. whole chicken
  
• 1/4 cup pepper
  
• 1/2 cup paprika
  
• 1 onion
  
• 1/2 cup Kosher salt
  
• 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 1/2 can beer
  






Instructions



1. Clean chicken.
   
2. Mix seasonings together.
   
3. Cover chicken with seasonings and place on beer can (use a beer can chicken rack).
   
4. Cut onion in half and put it in the chicken's neck cavity.
   
5. Cook in 375F oven on a cookie sheet or pie plate for 2 hours.
