    I started making this in Germany and Jay really likes it.

    List of Ingredients




    Citrus marinade (below)
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

    Citrus marinade:
    ½ cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    ¼ cup vegetable oil
    ¼ cup lemon juice
    2 tbs. grated orange peel
    ½ tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped

    Recipe



    1. Make citrus marinade in a shallow glass or plastic dish or resealable food storage bag. Add chicken; turn to coat with marinade. Cover dish or seal bad and refrigerate, turning chicken occasionally, at least 2 hours, but no longer then 24 hours.

    2. Heat coals, or gas grill for direct heat. Remove chicken from the marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill chicken 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade occasionally, until the juice of the chicken is no longer pink when the centers of thickest pieces are cut.

    3. Heat remaining marinade to boiling, boil and stir 1 minute. Serve with chicken.
