List of Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn, in husks
- Garlic Cilantro Butter:
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Place corn (in husks) in large container; cover with water, let stand 2 hours.
- Make Garlic Cilantro Butter.
- Heat coals or gas grill for direct hear. Cover and grill corn in husks 4 to 6 inches from medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until corn is tender. Remove from husks. Serve with butter mixture.
