3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken, cooked and shredded
12 corn tortilla
2 cups low fat, or FF shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans red enchilada sauce

Roll chicken and cheese in tortilla, place is baking dish which has a little sauce
spread in it, Cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Cover dish with foil
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 350
6 pts. for two enchiladas with low fat cheese.
