Bacon-Wrapped Mushrooms

5 strips Farmer John® Bacon regular or lower sodium
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2 Tbs. Champagne Vinegar
3 Tbs. fresh Dill
2 cloves Garlic minced
15 medium Mushrooms
Recipe
1: Scrub mushrooms thoroughly. Combine oil, vinegar, dill and garlic in a bowl. Add mushrooms and marinate overnight (or at least one hour).
2: Cut each slice of bacon into thirds and wrap a piece around each drained mushroom, securing with a toothpick.
3: Grill over hot coals until bacon is crisp (about 7 to 8 minutes). Or grill under a hot broiler (4 minutes on each side), being careful not to burn the bacon.
Serves 5-7.
