Bacon and Soured Cream Dip

150ml/5fl.oz Soured Cream
8 Rashers Smoked Streaky Bacon
2 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
A generous dash Tabasco
A generous dash Worcestershire SauceRecipe
1. Preheat the grill to hot then cook the bacon until crispy. Leave to cool.
2. In a bowl, combine the soured cream with the cooked bacon, chives and Tabasco and Worcestershire Sauce. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
