    "Deviled Eggs", by Debbie Moose

    List of Ingredients




    6 hard-cooked eggs
    2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons crumbled blue cheese
    salt and black pepper, to taste
    3 tablespoons real bacon bits

    Recipe



    Peel eggs and cut in half. Mash yolks in a bowl. Combine yolks with mayonnaise and mustard. Add blue cheese and mash well into mixture with a spoon. Taste, then season with salt and pepper.

    Fill whites evenly with mixture and garnish each egg half with bacon bits. Serves 12. Per serving: 57 calories, 3g protein, 5g fat, trace carbohydrates, 57mg sodium, 95mg cholesterol, no fiber.
