    1 15 oz. can White Cannellini Beans
    1/4 cup(s) Fresh Lemon Juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1/4 cup(s) Sour Cream
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 cup(s) Chopped Italian Parsley (garnish)

    Recipe



    In blender or food processor mix all ingredients, except olive oil and parsley, until smooth.

    With blender or processor on, slowly add olive oil until blended. Refrigerate approximately one hour.

    Top semolina toasts with 1 tablespoon cannellini mixture and sprinkle with parsley.


    Serves 8.
