1 small round loaf crusty bread
1 cucumber
1 small carrot
2 green olives stuffed with pimento
Ranch- or onion-flavored vegetable dip
Assorted cut vegetables, for dippingRecipe
Cut top off bread loaf. Scoop out the bread to form a bowl, leaving 1/4 inch on the sides.
Cut four cucumber slices, each 1/4-inch thick, for the wheels. Cut four thin carrot sticks at least 4 inches long for the axles.
To attach the wheels, use a drinking straw to make a hole in the center of each cucumber slice and in the sides of the bread bowl. Put a carrot stick through the center of each cucumber wheel and attach it to the bread bowl.
For the headlights, cut off the ends of the olives and attach olives with toothpicks to the front of the Bug Mobile.
Fill the bowl with the vegetable dip. Arrange vegetables around the bowl.
