List of Ingredients
2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
juice of one lemon
1 jar (2 ounces) red caviar
2 egg yolks, hard-cooked and crumbled
1 jar (4 ounces) black caviar
1 bunch green onions, white parts only, finely choppedRecipe
Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over bottom of flat round dish. Spread red caviar in small solid circle on center of cream cheese. This forms the "bulls-eye" of the "target." Sprinkle egg yolks in a circle around caviar. Continue forming concentric circles with black caviar and then onions. Chill, and serve with crackers.
