Cantaloupe stuffed with Turkey

2 small cantaloupes
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mango chutney
2 cups Granny's turkey, diced and cooked
1/2 cup seedless green grapes
1/4 cup toasted almonds
Recipe
Cut the cantaloupes in two and remove pulp. From each half, remove a few melon balls to use as garnish. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise and chutney making sure to chop up the large pieces of mango.
In another bowl, mix the turkey and grapes. Blend in the yogurt mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. At serving time, stuff each melon half with the mixture and garnish with reserved melon balls. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Serves 4.
