    Cougar Cold Chili Con Queso Dip

    1 cup onion, chopped
    2 (4.ounce) cans green chilles, chopped and drained
    2 large cloves garlic, mashed
    2 tablespoons cooking oil
    1 pound Cougar Gold cheese, grated (see note)
    1 teaspoon Worcestershlre sauce
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup tomato juice

    Recipe



    Saute onion, green chilies and garlic in oil in cooking pan, chafing
    dish or fondue pot until onion is tender. Reduce heat to low, add
    remaining ingredients, except tomato juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.

    Add tomato juice gradually until dip is desired consistency. Place over
    heat source to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips.

    Yield: 3 1/4 cups dips
