Dave & Buster's Margherita Pizza Dip

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
1 cup ripe diced Roma tomatoes
1 rounded tablespoon fresh sliced basil
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt OR salt to taste
11/2 cups homemade chunky tomato sauce
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 (5.2 oz.) wheel Boursin cheese
1 tablespoon basil pesto
Recipe
l Heat a skillet and melt butter with minced garlic.
l Add diced tomatoes and sliced fresh basil. Saute until tomatoes have softened. Add tomato sauce, seasoned salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste and bring sauce to a simmer.
l Pour sauce into an ovenproof dish or casserole.
l Place whole wheel of boursin cheese in center of dish or casserole. Spoon basil pesto onto cheese.
l Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until hot throughout and cheese feels soft to touch when pressed with a finger, approximately 15-20 minutes.
l Serve with herbed Crostini toasts or sliced crusty Italian bread.
